Ella Madison

I graduated from the University of Northwestern–St. Paul with a bachelor's degree in communication studies in the Spring of 2026.  I am fulfilled by working hard, and I am driven by opportunities to learn and grow. I enjoy challenging myself in new ways, whether that means finding a new route without relying on GPS, picking up a new hobby, or simply embracing experiences that help me better understand both myself and the world around me. I believe there is always something new to learn, and I strive to approach each day with curiosity and a growth mindset.

As I begin this exciting post-graduate chapter and build a long-term career, I look forward to making the most of my free time by traveling, spending quality time with my nieces and nephews, and creating a healthy balance between work and life. Since graduating and concluding my years as an athlete, I've discovered a new appreciation for spending time in the gym. I also enjoy being adventurous in the kitchen, whether I'm meal prepping with a focus on creating nutritious meals or experimenting with new recipes and flavor combinations that may—or may not—become new favorites.

As I step into my professional career, I am grateful to begin this journey at SuperiorWealth Partners, where I have the opportunity to work alongside an incredible team of driven colleagues who make each day both meaningful and rewarding.
